Over the years, I have utilized a handful of 3D CAD software and rendering tools to create and iterate concepts in close collaboration with teammates and clients. 3D CAD is critical to my process of development and communication. Whether ideating simple mechanisms, developing multiple concepts for clients, creating complex cut-a-way renderings, or even animations of product details, I have utilized 3D CAD almost daily for over twenty years.
Currently I am using SolidWorks and Keyshot as my primary software programs, but I have used Rhino, Onshape, Fusion 360, and Vray extensively in the past.
